Is a notary course required in Florida?
First-time applicants must complete a notary education course. Please click on the link below to take a FREE ONLINE NOTARY COURSE. Once you have taken the Notary Course, do not forget to print out your Certificate of Completion, sign it and mail it along with the application.
How long is a Florida notary commission valid?
Florida notary commissions are valid for four (4) years.
How much does it cost to become a notary in Florida?
Costs vary depending on the package you select. The State of Florida charges a filing fee, and a notary bond is required. Optional supplies such as a journal, and E&O insurance may increase the total cost. Allied Notary offers packages starting at $95.
Can I email or fax the application?
